Operations Manager, Multi-Site (Edinburgh & Aberdeen)

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Site Manager to oversee operations across five sites in Edinburgh and Aberdeen. You will lead site teams, manage performance, budgets and quality, and ensure client expectations are met through strong operational leadership.

You will travel between sites, manage health and safety, training, and reporting while supporting the Key Accounts Manager. A proactive, English‑speaking manager with two years in cleaning or related management is essential.
