Credit Controller

Overview

Our superb client based in Bourne is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Responsibilities

• Chasing customers for overdue payments
• Assisting in bad debt reduction
• Taking payments over the telephone
• Producing copy invoices
• Dealing with queries to resolve payment issues
• Ad‑hoc supporting duties

Qualifications

• At least two years relevant experience in a credit control position
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in raising invoices and credit notes
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive on deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
