Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Credit Controller to join our collaborative Finance team at OL!

Who are we?

At Omniplex Learning, our mission is simple – to enable organisations to reach their full potential through exceptional digital learning, all in one place. As we strengthen our Accounts Receivable function, we’re looking to find a Credit Controller who thrives on making an impact, enjoys problem-solving, and brings energy and determination to everything they do.

What will you do?

As our Credit Controller, you will:

  • Support our end-to-end credit control process by proactively chasing overdue debt
  • Work through a large portfolio of small accounts, focusing on swift, effective action on outstanding invoices
  • Confidently contact customers by phone to resolve overdue balances and encourage timely payment
  • Collaborate with Sales to unblock queries and gather the information needed to progress payments
  • Assist with invoice raising, month‑end activity, and other Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks as required
  • Contribute to general Finance team operations by taking on ad‑hoc duties such as supporting Purchase Ledger processes when needed

Who are we looking for?

You are resilient, motivated, and a strong communicator with a passion for getting results. You thrive in a small, collaborative team and are driven by making a tangible impact. You’ll be successful if you have:

  • Experience within a Finance Team, or exposure to how finance functions operate
  • Tenacity – you don’t give up easily, especially when chasing hard-to-reach customers
  • Resilience – you can handle setbacks and stay focused on the end result
  • Confidence communicating – particularly over the phone
  • A natural glass-half-full attitude – bringing enthusiasm and positivity each day
  • A proactive and persuasive approach when dealing with difficult or unresponsive customers

What’s in it for you?

  • A competitive salary that reflects your experience and expertise
  • A flexible hybrid working model, with 3 days a week based in our fun and collaborative office
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and an extra day for your birthday!
  • An inclusive Private Medical Insurance plan, as well as access to mental health and wellbeing support
  • Group Life Insurance – Providing security and peace of mind for you and your loved ones
  • Enhanced family policies
  • Regular social events and activities
