Salary: £117,000 – 143,000 per year

Requirements

• Active DV Clearance
• Strong Oracle Fusion HCM experience
• Expertise across Core HR and Payroll
• Knowledge of Absence Management and Time & Labour
• Experience supporting live Oracle Cloud services
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of Oracle security concepts
• UK Payroll legislation knowledge desirable
• OTBI or BI Publisher reporting experience desirable
• ServiceNow, Jira or Tosca experience desirable
• Public Sector HR or Payroll experience desirable

• Configure and enhance HCM functionality
• Gather and document business requirements
• Support Oracle quarterly releases and legislative updates
• Assist with testing, documentation and knowledge management

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a DV Cleared Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join a major Oracle Cloud programme. This is a 6-month rolling contract, based in Buckinghamshire, UK on a hybrid basis, outside IR35, with a rate of up to £500 per day. You will support and enhance key HR and Payroll services while helping us maintain a critical live environment and deliver functional improvements with stakeholders.
