RESIDENCE MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation of the residential program and all direct care staff.
• Ensure the residents’ physical, social, medical, emotional, communication, safety, recreational, and independent living needs are addressed.
• Be available for crisis and emergency situations 24/7

Requirements

• Requires bachelor’s degree with 1-year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a HS Diploma with at least 3 years’ experience in residential setting working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• A valid NYS driver’s license is required.

$35.35/hr
