Salary: £35,000 per annum

I am supporting a respected residential care home in the picturesque town of Eye, Suffolk, who are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong senior care experience who is passionate about providing exceptional standards of care.
The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring the care team
- Supporting care planning and compliance
- Completing audits
- Ensuring regulatory standards are met
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
About You
- Experienced Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager within residential or dementia care
- Confident in leading teams and driving high standards
- Knowledgeable of CQC regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential); Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it
- Passionate, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding care
