Circet UK are looking for a Build Manager to join our Wireless division in Doncaster.
The Build Manager will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. The role will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical, Civils, Rigging and DICI activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the logistics of the projects, working closely with the clients and the Project team; monitor and report real‑time progress on a daily basis to the Programme Manager.
- Manage internal and external resources to deliver construction, Rigging and DICI activities end to end.
- Liaise with the client and project team to ensure delivery of milestones.
- Compile handover and pack documentation where required.
- Ensure Health and Safety is implemented and report concerns to the Health and Safety team.
- Liaise with Rigging teams, both internal and external, on a day‑to‑day basis to resolve issues.
- Review detailed design.
- Provide feedback and communication to the project team on a regular basis.
- Attend Pre‑Starts and formulate Pre‑Start minutes (Client Form) and POW.
- Complete pick lists and kit call‑offs.
- Update Site Live PACS and other project tools to ensure sites are kept current.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Understanding of labour, materials and plant requirements on site build projects.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work in a timely and effective manner.
- Multitasking across a variety of tasks.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills; ability to deliver high standards and a right‑first‑time approach.
