Building Safety Managers

• Experience working within a local authority with an understanding of the building safety regulator
• Experience producing Building Safety Cases from scratch and maintaining the golden thread of information
• Ideally CIOB Level 6 qualified in Building Safety
• Ideally 2/3 years in Building Safety

Day to day responsibilities:

• Write building safety cases from scratch and maintain existing safety cases.
• Manage contractors and work harmoniously with external consultants.
• Engage and liaise with residents when needed.
