Independent Prescribing Primary Care Pharmacist (Band 7)

Health and Social Care Moray is recruiting Band 7 Independent Prescribing Pharmacists to join our Primary Care Pharmacotherapy Teams and support Community Hospitals. The posts are 1.2 WTE, with full-time or part-time options, permanent.

You will undertake pharmacotherapy tasks under the GMS Contract, including medication reviews and discharge prescribing, while contributing to prescribing cost savings and acting as a clinical resource for staff and patients.
