IT Support Specialist

Location: Primarily on-site (hybrid & flexibility available)

Salary: 35,000 – 55,000 DOE

Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:00, Fri 08:00-12:30

The Opportunity

Join a fantastic manufacturing business investing in modernising its IT systems. This role offers clear progression – ideal for someone ambitious and hands-on.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Liaise with MSP on escalations and improvements
• Support Microsoft Business Central
• Help improve IT processes (e.g. introduce ticketing system)

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft environment experience
• IT support background
• Business Central exposure (desirable)
• Cyber Essentials knowledge (desirable)
• Proactive, growth-focused mindset
