A leading UK law firm is looking for a commercially‑minded 360 Employment Solicitor to join its London team. You’ll handle a mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters for UK and international clients of all shapes and sizes and at different stages of growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise clients on complex employment issues with a commercial focus
• Represent clients in advocacy and negotiations
• Deliver training, seminars, and guidance to clients and colleagues
• Supervise junior fee‑earners and contribute to team growth

Who You Are:

• Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in employment law, acquired in a good City, regional or national
• Cross-sector know how, technology a plus.
• Strong drafting, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Collaborative, curious, and committed to mentoring and supporting colleagues
• Language skills an advantage
