Arden White Aviation & Aerospace Recruitment is partnering with a leading aviation component maintenance organisation to appoint a Director of Maintenance. The role carries primary responsibility for production performance, Part-145 compliance and MOE alignment, guiding workshops and teams to deliver safe, reliable maintenance services.

You will lead the Part-145 organisation, drive regulatory compliance and operational excellence while reporting as the Form 4 Post Holder for Production.
