Senior Project Planner (SC or DV Cleared) – London / Hybrid
Are you a seasoned SC or DV cleared Project Planner with a proven track record in major construction and infrastructure projects? Do you have experience working with NEC contracts and contractor programmes? Evodia Limited is supporting a transformation consultancy in finding an experienced Senior Project Planner to deliver expert planning and scheduling across a logistics and infrastructure programme. The role offers a competitive salary of circa £70,000 to £80,000, with hybrid working options from London and immediate start.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and Maintain Integrated Schedules using Microsoft Project or similar software, covering all project phases from design to handover.
- Lead Critical Path Analysis and schedule performance forecasting, ensuring timelines are robust, realistic, and integrated.
- Coordinate Inputs from contractors, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring dependencies and milestones are accurately represented.
- Monitor Progress, identify slippage, risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Review Contractor Programmes to challenge assumptions and support scope and schedule recovery plans.
- Support Project Controls activities such as schedule risk analysis, change control, and programme reporting to senior stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience working on major construction projects (valued over £100m), particularly with NEC contracts.
- Proven ability to develop complex, integrated schedules with critical path analysis and schedule forecasting.
- Experience working under security clearances (SC or DV) for sensitive or government-related projects.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Project or equivalent project controls software.
- Relevant qualifications such as APM, PMI, or other project controls certifications.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary teams, ideally within infrastructure, defence, or government sectors.
Desirable qualities:
- Experience with projects exceeding £500m and extensive government or defence projects.
- Knowledge of secure environments and operational project delivery.
- Additional planning qualifications such as PMI-SP, ChPP, or government project accreditations.
