Scan Building Services is expanding, and we’re looking for a Contracts Manager who can lead projects from the ground up while staying hands‑on across our live sites. This role blends the leadership of a traditional Contracts Manager with on‑site visibility, problem‑solving, and regular travel to ensure our projects run smoothly, safely, and on programme.

If you enjoy a mix of project ownership and being out on‑site supporting delivery teams, this is the perfect opportunity.

The Role

• Managing projects from pre‑start through to handover
• Regularly visiting sites to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Carrying out surveys, gathering key project information, and feeding back for pricing and planning
• Supporting installation teams and ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety
• Attending site meetings where required, particularly on larger projects
• Acting as a key link between site teams, clients, and senior management

• Experience in mechanical building services or site/project supervision
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple live projects
• Confident decision‑maker with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
