You will work closely with the Procurement Manager and key stakeholders, understanding spend requirements and negotiating prices, and maintaining commercial and contractual interactions with external subcontracting companies.You will be responsible for implementing and supporting the creation of Key supplier and subcontractor partnership business plans based on internal requirements, supply market analysis and cost models.**How you will do it*** Support the Procurement Manager to create and implement sourcing plans.* Manage tender processes and provide pre-bid support for key projects.* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement strategies align with business needs.* Drive cost savings and efficiencies through effective contract negotiations and supplier management.* Supplier and Subcontractor K.P.I and S.L.A Management.* Relationship management and post-contract value creation.* Conduct supplier performance reviews and maintain relationships to ensure continuous improvement and driving innovation.* Creating and updating pipeline activity and tracking delivery against plans.* Managing supplier and subcontractor accounts including subcontractor on boarding, evaluations and audits.* Delivering the procurement and management of supplier and subcontract tender packages.**What we look for*** Proactive, adaptable and flexible approach.* Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.* Organised with attention to detail.* Drive to ‘make things happen’ and create opportunities.* Strong analytical skills.* Commercial awareness and highly numerical negotiator.* Creative problem solver.* 3+ years spent in Procurement in either a Direct or Indirect role.* Experience in the security industry or working with Land Based Security products.* Experience managing internal stakeholders, external suppliers and working to very tight deadlines.* Experience gathering and analysing data to drive category and supplier decision-making.* Experience in MS Office and Procurement processes including eProcurement suites.* Ideally CIPS qualified/part-qualifiedYour buildings have a purpose.
