Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager ensuring the effective delivery and daily operational management of our service. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, providing supervision, coaching, performance management, and support to the staff team. You will ensure the provision of person-centered support that enables customers to maintain their independence, enhance their wellbeing, and enjoy opportunities for personal development.
