Legal Counsel – Cambridge with hybrid working

Client

An international agricultural manufacturing organisation

Role

• Legal support across key areas with a focus on compliance related tasks/projects including policy writing/risk assessment
• Help ensure a high level of integrity, compliance and governance across the business
• Work across a wide range of matters including M&A with support from the General Counsel

You

• 2-5+ PQE with a commercial law background
• Able to manage own responsibilities independently
• Excellent communicator
