Job Description
• Overseeing all financial aspects of the assigned construction project• Monitoring and managing project costs and budgets• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures• Negotiating and liaising with suppliers and contractors• Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders• Ensuring compliance with relevant construction regulations• Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion• Contributing to the development and implementation of organisational strategies within the property industry
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior QS should have:
• Proficiency in relevant QS software• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills• An in-depth understanding of construction, specifically roofing• Proven experience managing budgets within the property industry• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary
