Location: Advertised centrally; this role covers stores across Basingstoke, Reading, High Wycombe and Kingston upon Thames.
Please note: A full UK driving licence is required, as this role involves regular travel between stores.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of multiple stores
- Leading, coaching and motivating teams to deliver strong performance
- Delivering an excellent customer experience at all times
- Overseeing stock control, merchandising and store standards
- Driving sales, profitability and overall store performance
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for retail and customer service
- Previous supervisory or management experience in retail
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings
