• Succession appointment with the current CEO retiring February 2027.

• Strategic & operational direction.
• Sales, marketing & product innovation.
• Regulatory compliance (PRA, FCA, HMRC).
• A high-performing, values aligned team.

Who they are looking for?

• Proven executive (CEO / Director level).
• Experience in regulated financial services.
• Strong governance & financial acumen.
• Board-level gravitas and stakeholder skills.
• Bonus: Mutuals, insurance or member-org background.
