Project Manager (Construction)

Overview

Project Manager (Construction) – Preston – £50k – £65k per annum + company vehicle + excellent benefits

Our client is well established commercial fit-out company based in Preston, due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all company projects across the North West area (specifically South Birmingham to Kendal)
• Programming duties.
• Co-ordination of labour
• Checking and maintaining quality on site.
• Managing companies health and safety and ensuring this is adhered to.
• Overseeing temp junior project managers during busy periods

Qualifications / Skills

• Must have been ‘on-tools’ for several years, preferably from a joinery background but others considered
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Must have previous project management experience within the construction industry
• Must be very familiar with kitchen installations and be able to measure, plan and order kitchen units

Working hours

Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm
