Project Manager (Construction) – Preston – £50k – £65k per annum + company vehicle + excellent benefits
Our client is well established commercial fit-out company based in Preston, due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing all company projects across the North West area (specifically South Birmingham to Kendal)
- Programming duties.
- Co-ordination of labour
- Checking and maintaining quality on site.
- Managing companies health and safety and ensuring this is adhered to.
- Overseeing temp junior project managers during busy periods
Qualifications / Skills
- Must have been ‘on-tools’ for several years, preferably from a joinery background but others considered
- Must have a full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Must have previous project management experience within the construction industry
- Must be very familiar with kitchen installations and be able to measure, plan and order kitchen units
Working hours
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm
