An excellent opportunity has arisen for a non‑teaching Assistant Head of Year to join our well‑established, high‑performing pastoral team. We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to support a specified year group, working closely with the Head of Year to deliver outstanding pastoral care. This is a key role in ensuring all students are supported to reach their full potential—academically, socially and emotionally.
