A high growth, PE-backed technology business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join its Group FP&A function.

This is an instrumental role for the business, working with key stakeholders to drive decision-making, whilst utilising strong modelling capability to improve financial visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and support decision-making
• Deliver detailed analysis including KPIs, variance and trend reporting
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and challenge
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategy
• Identify risks and opportunities through analysis of complex data
• Support strategic projects and investment cases across the business
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and systems

About You:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) essential
• Proven experience within a commercial environment
• Strong analytical capability, able to manage complex data sets
• Advanced Excel skills (including modelling and data tools)
• Experience with PowerBI advantageous
• Confident communicator, able to influence key stakeholders
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, growth environment
