Overview
Our client, a leading organisation within the aviation and transport sector, is seeking a Network & Alliances Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across its network planning and partnership strategy.
This role sits at the heart of commercial and operational strategy, contributing to how routes are developed, partnerships are managed, and long-term network performance is optimised. You will work with data, analytical tools, and cross-functional teams to enhance capability and enable smarter, evidence-based decisions.
This is a full-time role based near Heathrow.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a network and alliances capability strategy, including data, tools, and reporting enhancements
- Analyse complex datasets to generate insights that inform network planning and partnership decisions
- Contribute to projects that improve analytical tools, models, and processes
- Collaborate with teams across technology, data, and commercial functions to enhance decision-making capability
- Support the development of training initiatives to improve analytical capability across teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support across wider team activities
Requirements
- Degree in a numerate discipline or equivalent analytical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively across teams and managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of airline economics or aviation systems (e.g. booking or scheduling platforms)
- Experience working with large datasets in commercial or operational environments
