We are looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to supercharge and expand our core operations at Fuse. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional independent operator willing to work at high intensity as part of our core team (ex‑Revolut, Tesla, Citadel, & Jump Trading). The right person likes solving large, complex problems with multiple moving parts, and is probably looking to start their own business in 2-3 years.

Responsibilities
- Analysing and optimising our core supply operations: from energy trading to our finance function
- Building and pricing innovative products and working on strategy to deliver them
- Expanding our operations to other markets, breaking down the business and regulatory environment in each jurisdiction
- Sourcing & negotiation of contracts with our partners to achieve business goals
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
- Track record of exceptional achievement
- Relentless approach to solving problems
- Comfortable learning quickly and iterating
- Ability to work well individually or in a team
