Project Manager – Global SaaS & Hardware Implementation (Hybrid | Belfast)

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple global software + hardware implementation projects
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and manufacturing teams
• Drive project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Travel internationally once per month to meet clients and lead on-site implementation
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the client experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS environment
• Strong background working across both software and hardware projects
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex, global projects with multiple moving parts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Willingness to travel internationally once per month
