Service care solutions are recruiting for an experienced Locum Employment Solicitor to support a local authority based in Cardiff. They can offer flexible locum assignments tailored to your schedule and preferences. This role is on a 3 month contract with potential to extend.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor:
- Advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Handling Employment Tribunal claims, including case preparation and advocacy
- Advising on TUPE, redundancies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance matters
- Supporting HR teams, senior managers, and external clients as required
- Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly
- Flexible hours

Experience requested: an experienced Locum Employment Solicitors to support the local authority; emphasis on flexibility and managing locum assignments.
Additional information
We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
