Your mission

As a Regional Operations Manager, you promote operational excellence in our various restaurants across Western Europe. You set performance standards and provide advice and guidance to Site Managers, Head Chefs and teams. You will develop the skills of the teams, drive change and exercise operational authority to ensure that each site delivers on Yarzin Sella’s promise of excellence.

Key responsibilities

Operational excellence

  • Establish and maintain operational standards that reflect Yarzin Sella’s gastronomic heritage
  • Monitor key KPIs across all sites, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to drive innovation in menus and seasonal programming

Cross‑functional management

  • Support Site managers in recruiting teams
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and operational excellence
  • Advise them on developing team skills
  • Make regular site visits to maintain strong relationships

Openings

  • Coordinate the opening of new customer sites, from preliminary planning to opening
  • Develop and ensure the proper execution of opening schedules
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (kitchen, HR, purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth openings
  • Assume the role of Site Manager during critical launch periods
  • Support purchasing teams in supplier relations and supply chain logistics for new sites.
  • Manage client transitions, including supplier changes and service model changes.

Transitions

  • Drive customer transitions, including changes in providers and offerings
  • Quickly assess critical operational challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for operational issues and provide hands‑on assistance when necessary
  • Intervene to turn around sites when performance or customer satisfaction requires intervention

Client relationships

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and improve client experience
  • Represent Yarzin Sella’s values and brand in all interactions with clients.

Your profile

You are the Regional Operations Manager we’re looking for if you tick these boxes

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar position
  • You have training in the hotel and catering industry
  • You have already opened one or more restaurants
  • You have proven managerial skills
  • You are comfortable with budget management (P&L, etc.)
  • You know how to manage B2B customer relations
  • You are proactive and independent
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
  • Contract: permanent contract
  • Work schedule: 40h / week, from Monday to Friday
  • Location: London
