Four Fathers Brewing Co. is an independent craft brewery ready to scale across Ontario. We’re hiring a senior, hands‑on sales leader to own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high‑volume chain and corporate accounts.
This is a hands‑on, in‑market selling role with high accountability and a commission structure that directly rewards revenue generation.
What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue by securing chains, corporate groups, and multi‑location customers
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, expand
- Build and manage a strong pipeline that converts
- Increase distribution and grow volume in major accounts
- Forecast sales and collaborate with marketing and operations
- Lead and support the sales team while personally closing key deals and ensuring a culture focused on ownership, performance, and results
What We’re Looking For
- 5 plus years beverage alcohol sales experience (craft beer preferred)
- Proven success closing large or multi‑location accounts
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort with complex deals or longer sales cycles
- High accountability for hitting revenue targets
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, growing company environment
- Passion for craft beer and independent brands
Must‑Haves
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Smart Serve certification
- Willingness to travel across Ontario
- Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends (events and industry stuff)
