Our client, a global, PE-backed group of private schools based in London is recruiting a FP&A Manager.
Our Client
Our client is a private equity backed education group with a growing international footprint and a reputation for high-quality, independent schools.
The Role
A key FP&A role within the Group Finance function, supporting international operations:
- Lead consolidated monthly reporting across regions and present insights to senior leadership
- Partner with regional CFOs to support performance improvement and planning
- Deliver forecasting and budgeting cycles at group level
- Drive process improvement and contribute to transformation projects
- Support business cases and long-term strategic planning
The Successful Candidate
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 5 + years of FP&A experience in a multi-entity, international group
- Experience driving process improvements, with a change mindset
- Confident engaging with senior leadership and non-finance teams
What’s on offer?
Base salary of £85,000 plus a competitive benefits package. Hybrid working in central London with flexibility and a strong culture of progression and growth.
