24/7 Customer Service & Switchboard Team Lead

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Customer Service Centre and Switchboard Team Leader to deliver a high-quality service to patients, staff and the public. You will lead the customer service and switchboard teams, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely response to enquiries.

You will manage 24/7 rostering, identify training needs, provide ongoing support to advisors, maintain staff records and ensure adherence to Trust policies while driving service improvements.
