Radar Operations Shift Lead – 24/7 Critical Tech Role

Serco Group plc in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Assistant Shift Leader to help deliver the continuous operation and maintenance of SSPAR facilities at RAF Fylingdales. You will supervise a shift team, monitor HV/LV systems, and ensure safe, reliable radar operations around the clock.

This role requires a Level 3 engineering qualification or substantial HV/LV experience, familiarity with Safe Systems of Work, and the ability to coordinate contractors and report on performance.
