Brandon Trust in Portishead is seeking a Support Worker to help autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities live as independently as possible. You will support daily activities, plan routines, and encourage participation in hobbies and trips, always guided by the person’s choices.

The role includes assisting with personal care, with a focus on dignity and respect. Training and ongoing support are provided within a values-driven team.
