Job Role: Assistant Store manager
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Sunday rotational shifts anytime between 7am-12pm
Salary: £38,525
We are looking for a hands on Assistant Store manager to join a fast paced supermarket. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading and supporting a team, and making a real impact day to day.
Key SkillsPrevious experience in a retail or supermarket supervisory roleA natural leader who enjoys working with peopleProactive, reliable, and organisedStrong communication skills and a customer first mindsetComfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environmentFlexible with working hours, including weekends
Main ResponsibilitiesHelping lead, support, and motivate the team on the shop floorMaking sure customers have a friendly, efficient, and enjoyable experienceKeeping shelves stocked, organised, and looking their bestHandling deliveries, stock control, and general store operationsStep in to resolve any customer queries or issues with confidenceSupporting with rotas, training, and developing team membersPlay a key role in hitting sales targets and keeping standards higH
