Location: Liverpool

Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000neg + bonus

Benefits: 21 days annual leave, hybrid work available, pension

Responsibilities

• Project Manager position dealing with a high quality range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, lintels, cavity tray, brick soffit systems
• Design masonry support systems (brackets, angles, ties) for brickwork façades.
• Review architectural/structural drawings to define support requirements.
• Produce clear design drawings and technical details for site installation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to confirm solutions.
• Provide technical support to project and site teams.
• Ensure all designs meet building regulations and project specifications.
• Resolve site queries and coordination issues related to masonry support.
• Dealing with project sizes between £5000 – £500,000

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Project Manager
• Must have experience/exposure to metal fabrication such as welding, CNC, laser cutting etc
• Ideally have estimating experience
• Ability hit the ground running working independently
