Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of planned maintenance and major repairs projects
- Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, taking the lead on procurement and contract administration.
- Preparing consultant briefs, managing tender processes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
Essentials
- It is essential that you hold a recognised qualification in project management and have demonstrable experience working for a social landlord in the delivery of planned maintenance projects.
- We’re looking for someone with strong project management skills and hands‑on experience delivering planned maintenance within the housing industry or construction sector.
- You’ll pair this with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to achieving high‑quality outcomes.
