Hybrid Employment Solicitor — Growth & Training

Michael Page is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded commercial law firm in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis. You will advise a diverse employer client base on a broad range of employment matters while benefiting from excellent support and long-term career prospects.

The successful candidate will have 2–5 years PQE, strong knowledge of employment law, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deliver training to clients.
