Our client, a global leader in motion and control technologies for a wide variety of industries is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely responses
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Global) to support quotations and order conversion
- Handle pricing, inventory checks, quotations, and order follow-ups/negotiations
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, including delivery updates and issue resolution
- Collaborate with Planning and Quality teams on demand forecasting, returns, and claims
- Maintain regular customer engagement on NPI, forecasts, and delivery performance
- Prepare and submit sales reports and support other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above in Engineering/ Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industrial distribution sales/ customer service/ customer support or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of JDE system will be advantageous
