Look no further! We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join our Community Services, Catering and Building Cleaning team.
This role provides an excellent chance to build your skills, gain valuable experience within a frontline service and play a key part in supporting the smooth running of a large and diverse workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering day‑to‑day administrative support to operational managers and supervisors.
- Assisting with the coordination of staffing information, including absence monitoring.
- Responding to enquiries from colleagues, schools, suppliers and service users.
- Supporting key financial processes, such as maintaining accurate catering data, raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Ensuring all administrative work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with organisational policies, procedures and deadlines.
