The Role

As our Business Support Officer, you’ll play a central part in keeping the Worcestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership running smoothly. You’ll be the person we rely on to bring structure, organisation and calm to a fast‑moving partnership environment. From coordinating meetings to managing information and supporting projects, you’ll help make sure we can focus on what matters most – improving outcomes for children and families.

If you’re looking to grow your skills and develop your career in safeguarding, partnership working, or business support, this role gives you the perfect platform. You’ll get involved in varied projects, work closely with different agencies, and gain insight into how organisations collaborate to protect children.

You’ll be joining a small, friendly and supportive team. We work closely with partners across the county, so you’ll never feel disconnected from the wider safeguarding community.
