Roles and Responsibilities

• Concretize organizational objectives and build product vision and roadmap in collaboration with leadership
• Communicate vision, roadmap, and progress to cross-functional stakeholders
• Understand customer needs and translate them into detailed product specifications, including mockups, user stories, test cases, etc.
• Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, and challenges to executive leadership, customers, and other keystakeholders
• Use data and metrics to monitor product performance, inform product strategy, and justify product decisions
• Provide leadership to Product Managers and mentor them
• Spearhead the development of innovative products and features that solve real customer problems and provide uniquedifferentiation
• Define and measure KPIs/KRAs for features and ensure the product roadmap is validated through measurable outcomes

Prerequisites

• Excellent spoken and written communication, receptive listening skills, and ability to convey complex ideas in a clear,concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work with ambiguity, balance multiple work items, and learn quickly
• Experience with enterprise-level software applications and technologies
• Knowledge of investment research and related products is an added advantageFamiliarity with the Product Development Life Cycle and strong product management and technical skills; comfortable in a
• fast-paced, Agile Scrum environment
• Strong process orientation with expertise in mockup tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and Agile management tools likeJira and Confluence (or other product software)
• 3+ years of product portfolio leadership with a total of 8+ years in product management. Experience in building agentic systems will
• be a significant advantage.
