Caretaker & Maintenance Leader

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:50pm – Flexible shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Responding to calls and emails from tenants, landlords, contractors, and local authorities
• Handling repair requests and raising job sheets for internal maintenance staff
• Logging completed job sheets and maintaining accurate records
• Instructing external contractors when required
• Managing your own caseload while contributing to a team of four
• Handling general repairs and handy person duties such as plumbing, electrics, etc.

Requirements

• Experience as a Caretaker who can take care of communal areas
• Ability to handle job orders and requests in relation to properties
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance
• Your own car (fuel card will be provided)
