You will be the Solution Architect within the People Engineering team, joining a team of 60 Engineers based across London, Bucharest and Bangalore. - Define and maintain information models that describe HR problem spaces, data domains, and relationships across systems, driving consistency and reuse across programmes and initiatives.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Workday, business process design, and data models, enabling effective solutioning across functional areas such as Core HR, Talent, Reward, Absence, and Time.
- Design and direct build of Workday Extend applications, leveraging platform capabilities—including AI and ML features—to deliver intelligent and personalised employee experiences.
- Identify and lead solutioning on opportunities to simplify People ecosystem and processes.
- Collaborate with enterprise AI, data, and integration teams to design new AI-enabled solutions using shared platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy and governance.
- Architect seamless integrations between Workday and peripheral systems such as ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, payroll providers, and benefits platforms—ensuring end-to-end data integrity and user experience.
- Provide architectural oversight for vendor selection, integration strategy, scalability, security, and compliance across SaaS, PaaS, and on-prem environments.
- Guide and mentor delivery teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, design standards, and best practices through all stages of solution delivery.
- Continuously evaluate emerging Workday and HR tech capabilities, advising on opportunities to modernise the HR landscape and enhance the employee and manager experience.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across HR, Engineering, and other Business functions, building alignment on enterprise problem statements, priorities, and technical direction.
