On‑Site Savings Customer Advocate (Part‑Time)

The Nottingham Building Society in Worksop is seeking a Savings Customer Ambassador to be the first point of contact for customers in-branch or by phone. You will support the end-to-end journey, help growth in savings balances, and refer customers to trusted partners, all while delivering exceptional service.

This on-site role is part-time (21 hours weekly) with full training provided and a pro-rated salary starting at £25,000 to £25,500 as you become fully competent.
