At Ricoh Europe, we help organisations transform the way they work through innovative Audio Visual and Workplace Experience solutions. We are now looking for an experienced International Accounts Business Development Manager to join our AV Solutions International Sales team, based in London!

This is a senior, international sales role where you will shape large, multi-country AV opportunities, work with global enterprise customers, and collaborate across Ricoh’s EMEA organisation to deliver high-impact solutions.

What you will be doing

  • Proactively identifying and developing new and existing international Audio Visual business opportunities across EMEA
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of new and existing global accounts
  • Leading and coordinating multi-country tenders and complex bid responses
  • Promoting Ricoh CS Audio Visual value propositions across target accounts and Operating Companies
  • Preparing, presenting and negotiating high-quality commercial proposals
  • Working closely with Pre-sales, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Business Support to ensure commercially viable solutions
  • Closing and winning new international contracts to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets
  • Producing accurate and reliable sales forecasts
  • Building senior relationships within customer organisations and across Ricoh’s operating companies.
  • Acting as a visible ambassador for Ricoh CS within your professional and industry network

You will ideally have

  • Experience in AV Sales, AV Consultancy or complex solutions sales within an international environment
  • Proven success selling Audio Visual solutions to large, blue-chip or global enterprise customers
  • Strong experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • The ability to introduce and articulate value propositions at C-level
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
  • Broad and deep knowledge of the EMEA Audio Visual industry, including hardware, software and integrated AV systems
  • A strong commercial mindset with an understanding of financial and contractual structures
  • Experience working with system integrators, vendors and strategic partners
  • Graduate calibre (degree or equivalent experience)
  • A collaborative, international mindset with the ability to work effectively with remote teams
