Credit Controller

London | Permanent | Hybrid working – 3 days in / 2 days WFH

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate firm for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team, focusing on commercial property assets. The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in arrears management, rent and service charge collection, and dispute resolution, with the ability to maintain excellent relationships.

• Manage collection of outstanding payments, including rent and service charges, while tracking arrears, payment plans, and enforcing actions as needed.
• Collaborate with management to implement arrears strategies, ensuring service standards are met and disputes are resolved professionally, maintaining positive tenant relationships.
• Prepare and present financial and performance reports, reconcile income, and maintain accurate records in management systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies and professional standards, adhering to escalation and reporting timelines.
