Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineers – Foot Mobile – £47,000 – Oxford Circus

We’re looking for a fully qualified Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join our team, working across a prestigious estate on Regent Street. This is a foot mobile role, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance to keep building services running smoothly.

You will be working across a cluster of buildings within a large team with a large estate. You will be required to work across multiple buildings rather than being based in the same building each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive mechanical & electrical repairs
• Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
• Support general building maintenance where required
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times
• AHU’s / FCU’s
• BMS
• HVAC maintenance
• Emergency lighting & Fire Alarms

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Mechanical & Electrical (C&G / NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
• Proven experience in electrical/building services maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and client-facing skills

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
