Group Reporting Manager
Group Reporting Manager required for a high-growth international digital media group (Hybrid – London)
We are partnering with a fast-paced, global organisation in the digital marketing and media space that continues to experience significant international expansion. The business has a strong reputation for innovation and collaboration, operating across multiple markets and brands, with finance playing a pivotal role in supporting ongoing growth and transformation.
As Group Reporting Manager, you will take ownership of the month-end close and consolidation process across a large, complex group structure, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Reporting directly to the Head of Reporting, you’ll manage two Group Accountants and act as a key point of contact for divisional finance teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with 5+ years’ PQE
- Big 4 or large practice background, ideally with listed or multinational clients
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation
- Proven experience managing month-end close and reporting cycles in complex structures
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, continuously evolving environment
- Experience with multi-currency consolidations and intercompany reconciliations essential
- Exposure to systems transformation or ERP implementation (e.g. NetSuite) advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring efficient and accurate group reporting
- Oversee consolidation across ~100 legal entities and manage intercompany and equity eliminations
- Support preparation and review of half-year and year-end statutory reporting and disclosures
- Collaborate with divisional finance teams and provide technical accounting support on complex areas
- Drive process improvements to reduce close timelines and enhance reporting quality
- Support ad hoc projects, including system upgrades, intercompany policy refreshes, and entity rationalisation
- Deputise for the Head of Reporting where required and act as a mentor to junior team members
