Group Reporting Manager

Group Reporting Manager required for a high-growth international digital media group (Hybrid – London)

We are partnering with a fast-paced, global organisation in the digital marketing and media space that continues to experience significant international expansion. The business has a strong reputation for innovation and collaboration, operating across multiple markets and brands, with finance playing a pivotal role in supporting ongoing growth and transformation.

As Group Reporting Manager, you will take ownership of the month-end close and consolidation process across a large, complex group structure, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Reporting directly to the Head of Reporting, you’ll manage two Group Accountants and act as a key point of contact for divisional finance teams and senior stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, Big 4-trained accountant looking to apply their expertise in a listed, international environment that values autonomy, challenge, and professional growth.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with 5+ years’ PQE
  • Big 4 or large practice background, ideally with listed or multinational clients
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation
  • Proven experience managing month-end close and reporting cycles in complex structures
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, continuously evolving environment
  • Experience with multi-currency consolidations and intercompany reconciliations essential
  • Exposure to systems transformation or ERP implementation (e.g. NetSuite) advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring efficient and accurate group reporting
  • Oversee consolidation across ~100 legal entities and manage intercompany and equity eliminations
  • Support preparation and review of half-year and year-end statutory reporting and disclosures
  • Collaborate with divisional finance teams and provide technical accounting support on complex areas
  • Drive process improvements to reduce close timelines and enhance reporting quality
  • Support ad hoc projects, including system upgrades, intercompany policy refreshes, and entity rationalisation
  • Deputise for the Head of Reporting where required and act as a mentor to junior team members

The role is based in central London (hybrid – typically three days per week in the office), within a dynamic and high-performing finance team. The company offers a collaborative culture, excellent benefits (including private healthcare, enhanced pension, and wellness perks), and the opportunity to work alongside experienced finance professionals in a fast-paced, international setting.

If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence change, and develop within a global, growing business, please apply below. Due to a high volume of applications, we may be unable to respond to all unsuccessful applicants.
