Site Manager – School Refurbishment (9-Week Project)

300 North Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee school refurbishment projects in Kirklees during the summer shutdown. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe delivery on time and to a high standard.

Role requires SMSTS, First Aid at Work, enhanced DBS, and CSCS credentials. The assignment runs for 9 weeks, 40 hours per week, at £280 per day CIS plus mileage, starting 6 July.
