This is a genuinely commercial role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders from across the business helping shape decisions through insight, analysis and robust financial challenge. Operating within a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, identifying opportunities and supporting the delivery of ambitious growth plans.

The Role
- Act as a trusted finance partner to key commercial stakeholders across the business.
- Provide meaningful analysis and insight to support operational and strategic decision making.
- Deliver regular reporting, performance reviews and financial commentary.
- Support the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring robust assumptions and clear visibility of risks and opportunities.
- Analyse business performance, identifying key trends, drivers and areas for improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate commercial initiatives, investments and growth opportunities.
- Analyse and model complex financial data to deliver commercial recommendations and insight to the executive team.
- Challenge decisions constructively while providing solutions-focused recommendations.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting, forecasting and business performance processes.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A role.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate clear commercial recommendations.
- Confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders at varying levels across a business.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large volumes of data.
- Naturally curious, proactive and commercially minded.
- Experience within a fast-paced environment such as retail, consumer goods, FMCG, leisure, logistics, travel or a similar sector would be beneficial.
